About Me

Amir Abdalla, a Leadership and Organizational Psychologist and dedicated coach hailing from Sudan, experienced firsthand the struggles of hunger, and poverty. He pursued education despite the hardships. Immigrated to the US in his young adulthood to pursue his American dream, he faced and overcame life's trials with community support. Amir's journey instilled in him the importance of resilience and empowerment. These values now underpin his mission as a coach - to enable executive leaders to lead authentically, inspiring them to make a positive, resonant impact. His coaching not only empowers individuals but also, indirectly, uplifts entire communities, embodying his belief that service is our shared 'rent' for living on the earth.
